Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using this website, or by submitting a website form, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Website purpose and information

The website describes Orathis, our approach to answer engine optimization, potential service offerings, educational content, and illustrative results. “Orathis,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating under the Orathis name. Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes.

Nothing on the website is legal, financial, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. No website statement, case study, estimate, pricing reference, availability indication, or response to an inquiry creates a binding commitment unless it is included in a written agreement signed by Orathis and the applicable client.

Service engagements

Paid audits, strategy, content, implementation, software, reporting, and other client services are governed by a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement, or similar written agreement. If a client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Displayed packages, scope descriptions, timelines, and prices may change and may not include taxes, third-party charges, media costs, or out-of-scope work. The final scope, fees, payment terms, ownership, confidentiality, data-processing responsibilities, and termination rights must be stated in the signed client agreement.

Search engines, AI systems, publishers, and third-party platforms change their algorithms, interfaces, policies, and source-selection methods independently of Orathis. Unless expressly stated in a signed client agreement, Orathis does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, leads, revenue, availability on a specific platform, or any particular business outcome.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• access or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts, or networks;
• introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful content;
• interfere with the site’s availability, integrity, security, or operation;
• scrape, harvest, or extract website content at scale except as permitted by law and our published machine-readable directives;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
• use the site to transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive material.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, design, graphics, software, methods, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Orathis and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary browsing and sharing links to public pages, no right or license is granted unless Orathis agrees in writing.

Orathis and associated names, logos, and visual identifiers are trademarks or trade dress of Orathis or its licensors. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

Information and feedback you submit

You represent that information you submit through the website is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

If you voluntarily provide general suggestions or feedback about the website or our services, you grant Orathis a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential business information or client materials.

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including scheduling, hosting, communications, search, and AI platforms. Third parties operate independently and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Orathis does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, decisions, availability, security, or practices.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Orathis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and security.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current, but content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orathis and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orathis’s aggregate liability arising from website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter any liability expressly accepted in a separate client agreement.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orathis and its owners, personnel, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or your material violation of these Terms.

Changes, availability, and severability

We may update the website or these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. If a change materially affects existing rights, we will provide additional notice where required. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the public website; a signed client agreement governs paid services.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of all or substantially all of the relevant business or assets.

Informal dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim about the website, please send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to the contact address below. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the matter informally for 30 days. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a procedure that cannot legally be waived. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
